How To Take Care Of Yourself Before Your Big Day!
Get Plenty of Sleep!
Make sure you're having early nights and plenty of sleep in the weeks leading up to your wedding. There's nothing worse than having dark rings under puffy eyes! You'll look and feel better too! Good sleep helps you lose weight!
Avoid Alcohol and Caffeine
Everything in moderation - especially on your Hen's Night! Too much alcohol can make your skin look sallow and pasty.
Keep Hydrated
Make sure you're drinking enough water - it really does wonders you know!
Keep Your Make-Up Clean
Make sure your make-up and brushes are kept clean. Dirty brushes are a haven for all kinds of nasties. Above all, NEVER share your make-up brushes or applicators.
Stay Out Of The Sun!
Having a sunburned face on your big day is NOT a good look. If you MUST go out in the sun, be sure to wear a good, but gentle sunscreen of a minimum SPF 15.
Remove Your Make-Up Every Night
This is SO important! Start with the eyes first, then remove from the rest of your face using a good quality oil-free make-up remover.
Flying to Your Wedding?
Use a good moisturiser and lip-balm while in-flight. Drink plenty of water, avoid the alcohol and coffee like the plague!
Have a Facial and Wax One Week Before
Just to make sure your skin is in tip-top condition and has a full seven days to recover!
Book Your Pre-Wedding Make-Up Trial
